Story of our Company
The lack of primary recovery options open the field for a new brand in collections. The system asked for a different way. Network Collections took the opportunity to step up and take on the challenge.
After the Stellenbosch case and the subsequent difficulty in granting judgements and obtaining Emolument Attachment Orders (EAO’s), we made the strategic decision to not actively pursue the legal route in obtaining payments.

Purchasing of arrears debt books
Due to the economic climate in the country, especially after Covid 19, many companies have cashflow issues with funds being tied up in arear debtors. The decision was made to expand the business operations of Network Collections and add the purchasing of a bad debt book department. This will release funds to the stressed companies to keep on operating and created a new business opportunity for Network Collections. Due to the fact that this was a new venture the results were carefully monitored, analyzed and evaluated in detail before fully commencing the implementation of the book purchase department.
