We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Service Administrator. As a key member of our debt collection company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring efficient administrative operations.
*Responsibilities:*
– Provide professional and courteous service to clients via phone, email.
– Manage and maintain accurate client records and databases
– Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
– Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
*Requirements:*
– 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and database management software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
