Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and self-driven individual to join our team as a Field Agent in the specified area. This role is basic plus commission-based, and full training will be provided. As part of our team, you will be registered as an agent with the Debt Collecting Council.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct field visits to collect debt payments from clients.
– Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with debtors.
– Update records and reports accurately and timely.
– Maintain professional relationships with clients and debtors.
Requirements:
– Own reliable vehicle is essential.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Previous experience in debt collection is advantageous but not essential.
